After a four hour bus journey from Riga to Tallinn through silver birch forests and a twenty minute walk through the outskirts and post-industrialised areas we arrived at our home for the next two nights - a disused factory which houses artist accommodation, performance spaces and workshops. This space was home to an on-running music / arts festival throughout it's maze like corridors, however whilst we were playing this our first gig in Tallinn was at Kodu Baar, an intimate venue down a side street in the picturesque Old Town. In support for this event was Cracked Actor, an intense two-piece involving heavy drones, sculptured abstract guitar and Michael Gira-esque vocals.
Tonight we play the Kultuuritehas Polymer festival.
