Tinderbox Festival - 16th June 2012

We're playing this awesome festival in June, tucked away in the wilds of Oxfordshire, it's dead cheap considering some of the great acts playing. Our set should be slightly different from normal with more emphasis on the improvised nature of some of our songs. Hopefully, we should have the record with us too. 

Hymns & Ghosts

LN 004 - Lost Harbours - Hymns & Ghosts

Our debut album will be released by Liminal Noise Tapes on 20th June 2012. 

Hymns and Ghosts is the culmination of two years of gigging and prior to that several years of bedroom song-writing. It is bookended by two long, partially improvised tracks of which Hymns and Ghosts Pt 2 features Bobbie Seagroatt of cult 70’s folk band Comus. 

In support of this we also have a few shows coming up including the awesome Tinderbox festival in Oxford. 


The official album release will be at the Railway Hotel on the 20th June and playing alongside us will the awesome Paper Dollhouse and the Fancy Dress Party. Doors open at 8ish and it'll be 5 pounds entry.

Quick follow up to last weeks show, a couple of photos taken by Emma and a big thank you to Power Lunches for hosting the gig, Daryl (Kostoglotov) for organising it and NOW and Circuit Breaker for playing awesome sets. Liminal Noise Tapes / Power Lunches Show - 8th March 2012

We are this very Thursday (8th March) playing a launch gig for the newest Liminal Noise release, a split between Circuit Breaker and Kostoglotov, at Power Lunches in London. This will be our first gig in the UK for several months and the bill also features Now as well as both acts on the tape.

Post-tour / Forward into the future.

It has been a week now since we arrived home, the tour film is being edited and our Blog is now fully up to date with two weeks worth of photos. Overall we had a cracking time, meeting lots of great people and seeing some wonderful places. A very big thank you to the promoters and venues who made the shows possible and also the same to all those who came to watch, we couldn't have done it without you. 

So what next? Firstly, a quiet Winter period where we will hopefully be finishing the album (at long last), writing and recording new material and planning where to play / tour next, perhaps Poland or another area of Eastern Europe.
