Leigh Folk Festival 2014

This coming weekend we'll be playing the largest free Folk Festival in the UK, which has an amazing line-up of modern folk artists including Mike Heron, The Trembling Bells, Cath and Phil Tyler, Greanvine, The Diamond Family Archive, The Owl Service, Roshi feat: Pars Radio, Alasdair Roberts, C Joynes and Nancy Wallace to name but a few.

We'll be playing three times over the course of the next few days starting with the opening show at Squeeze Bar in Leigh on Sea alongside Greanvine and The Famous Potatoes. It starts at about 8pm.

The second show is part of the Public Record: Estuary performance in St Clements Church where we'll be providing atmospheric music for the performed poetry and maybe singing a song of our own. This takes place Saturday morning at 11am.

Finally, we'll be playing in the Scout Hut on the Saturday evening in an event hosted by Sundown alongside our friend Rainbow Valley, plus Jason Steel, Crying Lion and the Diamond Family Archive. This event kicks off at 9pm.

You will be able to pick up programs from various stands at the event.

A final note: the Leigh Folk Festival has released a compilation CD of a variety of the artists playing the festival. We wrote an exclusive track for it which will never be available elsewhere. You can pick it up on the day for £5. It should be featuring on the online Leigh Folk Festival shop soon.
